Galvanizing
Hot Dip-Galvanizing is a lower cost alternative to Electro-Galvanizing, as well as many other common protective coating processes.
The life expectancy of a quality Hot-Dip Galvanized product can reach well over 50 years in many agricultural applications, even with severe exposure to weather.
Pickling
As steel must be de-scaled before zinc coating can be applied, we chemically clean the steel with our HCL pickle process. During this operation, NGLP provides continuous inspection of the customer’s product.
All quality data is recorded in our electronic quality tracking system with the physical characteristics of that coil. This information can be retrieved upon a customer’s request.
Slitting
NG combines heavy gauge hot-dip galvanizing and galvannealing with on-site HCL pickling, slitting and warehousing. This enables extraordinary responsiveness and delivery performance. Couple those services with our commitment to quality and you’ll find NG provides unmatched value.
